Safety Communications Center Lead (IT & Security Operations)

Cincinnati, OH • Present

  • Monitor and respond to operational security events using Avigilon and integrated surveillance tools.
  • Create executive-facing Power BI reporting (MoM/YTD trends, KPIs, incident breakdowns).
  • Support data workflows using ArcGIS/Survey123 and API-based extraction for automation and reporting.
  • Analyze alert quality/false positives and standardize naming conventions for cameras/alerts.
  • Build repeatable runbooks/SOPs and improve operational consistency.
